Christmas & New Year Break
This year the family and I are flying away for Christmas – all the way to Japan! This will be our first family holiday since JIT started and has taken a loooong time to plan. To say we’re excited is a huge understatement.
In saying that, I would never leave you or your business without a friendly neighbourhood I.T. person to come to the rescue when needed. So, the details your need to know are:
I will be unavailable from Friday 22nd December until Sunday 14th January inclusive via all contact methods.
My long-time friends and fellow I.T. experts over at Atcom Technology will be on hand to tackle any issues you may have.
If you have any urgent concerns (and by that I mean your business cannot function via any other means) please:
1. Lodge your ticket via the JIT Support Portal or email help@jorgensenit.com.au, then;
2. Call (08) 6371 5010 – this number will automatically divert to Wes and the team
Any non-urgent requests sent through will be addressed when I return.
If you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to contact me, however please note that I am unable to undertake any new, large projects before I leave.
It would be super helpful if you could share this information with your staff that may require assistance over this period.
